My art explores the fascinating way our brains make sense of the world. This phenomenon (called Pareidolia) is our natural knack for seeing familiar things in random stuff. Think about spotting a face in a cloud or seeing an animal in an ink blot.
I want my work to take you on a visual adventure, to question what's real and what's in your imagination. My creative process is an ongoing experiment with materials, light, and shape. I get inspired by those unforeseen accidents, mishaps and detours that pop up when I'm creating.
Ultimately, my work celebrates the awesome power of our imagination. It's a reminder that even in the weirdest and most abstract things, you can find beauty, meaning, and connections. Look closer, question what you see, and enjoy the endless creativity our minds can conjur.
I want my work to be an open invitation to explore all the crazy stories the world has to offer and to appreciate the magic that happens when our minds turn everyday stuff into something extraordinary.
